Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Every workout is scaled to your current fitness level. Our coaches guide you through every movement and make sure you are working at the right intensity. Most of our members started as complete beginners.
What is a typical class like?
Classes are around 60 minutes long. You start with a warm-up, move into movement instruction or a strength piece, then finish with a workout of the day. Every session is coached from start to finish.
How much does membership cost?
We offer a range of memberships to suit different schedules and budgets. Fill out our application form and we will talk you through the options during your free consultation. No lock-in contracts.
Is CrossFit dangerous?
Not when coached properly. Every session at CrossFit Bodmin is led by a qualified coach who ensures movements are performed safely and scaled appropriately. We prioritise good movement over heavy weights.

Can I try a class before I join?
We want everyone who starts with us to win from day 1, so we start with a free consultation so we can learn about your goals and tell you how we work. From there, we will get you booked into your first coached session. For some this is 1:1, and for others it could be a class — finding what works best for you.
What equipment do you have?
Olympic barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, SkiErgs, assault bikes, sleds, pull-up rigs and everything needed for CrossFit and Fitness Racing training.
Do you offer Fitness Racing training?
Yes. We offer dedicated Fitness Racing preparation including sled pushes and pulls, SkiErg, rowing, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, farmers carries and running intervals.
